Ordering
All cakes and desserts are made to order. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice; celebration and custom cakes may need more. Your order is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp and payment details are shared.
Delivery
We deliver across Coimbatore. Delivery timing and charges are confirmed on WhatsApp based on your location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.
Cancellation & refunds
As everything is freshly made to order, cancellations are only possible before baking begins. Please talk to us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Privacy
We only use the details you share (name, phone, order preferences) to prepare and deliver your order and to stay in touch about it. We never sell your information.
